THERAPY, INTENSIVES, PAST LIFE REGRESSIONS

Leyla Safavi, MFA, LMFT

Licensed couple and family therapist . American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy Clinical Fellow . AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate

I am a licensed couple and family therapist. I have a burning passion for this field. For me, it's more than just a job; it's a calling. I've created a unique environment where my clients not only feel at ease but also motivated to explore and gain insights into their relationships and themselves. I earned my Master’s degree (magna cum laude) in Marriage and Family Therapy from Drexel University where I have been privileged to study with Dr. Harry Aponte, Jay Lappin, Andrew Fusnner and many other incredible masters in the field of couple and family therapy.

Education is a big deal to me—I take it seriously and with great pride. It's the backbone of my ability to provide top-notch support to my clients. But, beyond the textbooks, my bedside manner is deeply rooted in my Persian culture of hospitality. I believe in treating each client as a welcomed guest, not just another appointment.

Step into my office, and you won't find the typical gloomy atmosphere of a doctor's office. It's warm, inviting, and designed to make you feel at home. Each client is unique and valued, and I take great care to ensure they feel welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for.

In my world, therapy is not just about fixing problems; it's about creating a space where growth and understanding can flourish. Let's connect and chat more about how I can bring my passion to your journey of self-discovery and relationship exploration.

Looking forward to the possibility of working together

THERAPY, INTENSIVES, SPIRITUAL COUNSELING

Meghan Delaney, LMFT

When one experiences trauma, it is possible that how they relate to others may change. I strongly believe that relationships; how we relate and interact with others, is the cornerstone of healthy living. What is left unresolved from one's history or childhood often finds its way into the relationships one has in the present. As a family therapist, I spend my time supporting individuals and families in exploring these past experiences that have made them into who they are now, allowing them to move forward and live a healthy lifestyle.

I have worked in Philadelphia with families who are underserved and have experienced a great deal of trauma. I have worked in a variety of community settings including a private practice in NJ. I specialize in trauma-informed care to support families with concerns such as grief, trauma, depression, abuse, anxiety, traumatic stress-related disorders, and relational/parenting issues.

I graduated from Drexel University's Couple and Family Therapy Master's Degree Program where I earned the Clinical Excellence Award. My passion is to help the family system see they have the internal resources to move beyond their basic coping level and live the life they hope to live.

INTEGRATIVE FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE

Kristann Heinz, MD, RD

RED HILL MEDICAL + WELLNESS - Ottsville, PA

Dr. Kristann Heinz is a family medicine doctor who practices functional and integrative medicine.  What does that mean?  That means that she approaches wellness by finding the root cause of illness, instead of simply trying to fix the symptoms in the short term. Think about it this way: instead of trying to put out the fires, she helps to fireproof the building. She believes that good health and wellness are based on a strong foundation of nutrition, physical movement, and emotional health. She partners with her patients to understand their personal health stories and devises a plan and health strategy based on in-depth testing and interpretation. Together, she and the patient create action steps that lead to effective change and measurable outcomes.

Dr. Heinz is a medical doctor (MD) board-certified with the American Academy of Family Medicine, the American Board of Integrative-Holistic Medicine and the American Board of Physician Specialties in Integrative Medicine. She is also a registered dietician (RD), a physician acupuncturist and a certified practitioner with the Institute for Functional Medicine. She received her B.S. in Nutrition Science at Simmons College. After graduating, she completed a dietetic internship and two Maternal and Child Health Fellowships. This training allowed her to work as a registered dietician with many community-based family nutrition programs. She went on to receive a medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and completed her family medicine residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network. During this time, she began studying other forms of healing, such as acupuncture, medical group education, homeopathy, herbal medicine and functional medicine. Her research during residency focused on integrating these modalities into a primary care setting for which she was given the Family Medicine Resident Award for Scholarship.   Dr. Heinz currently practices integrative family care and provides medical, nutritional and educational services throughout the United States. Her home office, Red Hill Medical + Wellness, is located in Pennsylvania.

ACUPUNCTURE / HERBAL MEDICINE

Paolo Propato, LAc

Bridge Acupuncture - Doylestown, PA

Acupuncture became a staple of my own healthcare after it saved me from surgery on a chronic sinus issue. After years of teaching meditation in Bucks County and Florence, Italy, acupuncture seemed like a natural progression to expand my practice of studying the complexities of human nature. It's a joy to now be able to offer its amazing potential to support the healing of others.

I earned a Master's Level Degree in Acupuncture during a 3-year program at Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. There I learned not only the fine skill of acupuncture, but also complementary modalities such as cupping, Gua sha, moxibustion, Tuina and Eastern nutrition. Working in the school clinic gave me the chance to work under the supervision of great teachers including Master Kiiko Matsumoto, under whom I still continue my education, as well as other teachers like Master Jeffery Yuen, who has had a great impact on me by teaching the classics of acupuncture as not only a medicine to implement in clinic but also a philosophy we can live by.
